Built Up Insulated Single Ply Roof Decking System - 0.25 ‘U’Value

A single ply membrane roof system incorporating profiled decking, offering the specifier fastrack, low pitch, cost, aesthetic and longevity benefits combined with the design freedom that membranes allow.

 

SD25 - Specification

External Sheet - 0.7mm thick color coated galvanised steel Quedron profiled sheet

Insulation - 220mm thick Knauf Factoryclad 40 Insulation quilt compressed to 205mm [ 0.040W/mK]

Vapour Control Layer - Separate membrane or sealed side and end laps of deck section.

Internal Sheet - 0.75 - 1.50mm thick colour coated/
galvanised steel Quedron structural deck section.

Structural Support Centres - typically 6000- 10000mm

Minimum Roof Pitch
>5 degrees - trapezoidal sections
>2.5 degrees - Secret Fix option
