Built Up Acoustic Structural Roof Deck Support System – 0.25 ‘U’Value
With similar structural benefits to our SD 25 system, the Acoustic Deck system incorporates a perforated deck and acoustic Rockwool mat overlay designed to allow internal reverberant sound to travel through the internal lining and be absorbed within the construction.
AD25 - Specification
External Sheet - 0.7mm thick color coated galvanised steel Quedron profiled sheet.
Insulation - 200mm thick Rockwool Cladding Roll insulation quilt compressed to 175mm [ 0.040W/mK]
Spacer System - 175mm deep Quedron Spacer System.
Vapour Control Layer - Separate sealed membrane.
Acoustic Layer - 30mm thick Rockwool RW3 acoustic slab with 30mm deep top hat spacer to accept thermal spacer system. Optional Rockwool acoustic filler strips, laid in profile corrugations.
Internal Sheet - 0.75 - 1.50mm thick colour coated/
galvanised steel Quedron Structural deck section.
Structural Support Centres - Typically 6000mm - 10000mm
