Double Skin Acoustic Roof System with Perforated Lining - '0.25 U Value'

A high performance roof system combining thermal and acoustic benefits. The perforated internal lining and acoustic Rockwool mat allows excellent levels of sound absorbency to be achieved providing an ideal solution for conference areas, sports halls etc.

RA25 - Specification

External Sheet - 0.7mm colour coated galvanised steel Quedron profiled sheet

Insulation - 150mm thick Rockwool Cladding Roll insulation quilt. [ 0.040 W/mK]

Spacer System - 170mm deep Quedron Spacer
System. Brackets at 1m centres.

Vapour Control Layer - Seperate Sealed memebrane

Acoustic Layer - 30mm thick Rockwool RW3 acoustic slab ( 0.034W/mK) with 50mm deep top hat spacer to accept thermal spacer system

Internal Sheet - 0.70mm thick colour coated galvanised steel fully perforated Quedron lining panel. (30% open area).

Typical Purlin Centres 1100 - 1800mm
Minimum Design >5 degrees - trapezoidal sections
Roof Pitch >2.5 degrees - secret fix option.
