Qsystem - HG35

HorizontalWall Cladding System with Glass Fibre Insulation – 0.35 ‘U’Value

Whilst offering the usual associated benefits of built up design over traditional composite panels, this highly flexible construction solution provides a combination of a clean vertical internal lining with aesthetically pleasing horizontal external cladding.

HG35 - Specification

External Sheet - 0.70mm thick colour coated galvanised steel Quedron profiled sheet.

Insulation - 140mm thick Knauf Factoryclad 40 insulation quilt compressed to 135mm. ( 0.040W/mK)

Spacer System - 135mm deep Quedron ‘GP’ Vertical Spacer System.
Brackets at 1503mm maximum centres.

Vapour Control Layer - Liner panel - sealed endlaps and sidelaps

Internal Sheet - 0.40mm thick colour coated galvanised steel Quedron linig panel.
