Quedron - Tray Profiles - AcousticTray

Offering all the advantages of ‘solid structural trays’ purpose designed perforated sections have been included to complete Quedron’s portfolio. The large flat pan area of the tray is perforated and therefore, when used in conjunction with materials that have absorbent qualities such as rock fibre insulation, systems can be created to offer excellent levels of sound absorbency. The profiles shown highlight our standard perforated options and their percentage open areas (based on product cover width).

MATERIAL AVAILABILITY

All trays shown are manufactured in galvanised steel, with a guaranteed minimum yield stress of 320N/mm2 and a 275g/m2 zinc coating (including both sides). Pvdf and polyester soffit finishes are available in a wide range of standard RAL and BS colour references. Further gauges, finishes and materials such as galvalume can be made available to further complement this extensive range and meet any internal environment application requirements.

FIRE RATING

All structural trays achieve a Class 1 fire rating in accordance with BS 476: Part 7 and meet Class 0 requirements as laid out within current building regulations. All perforated tray sections when used in conjunction with suitable insulant will help achieve a class 1 fire rating in accordance with BS476: Part 7 and meet class 0 requirements as laid out within current building regulations.
