Designed and specified for use with specialist single ply membrane roof covering systems, the Quedron built up roof deck range offers the specifier the benefits of a fastrack low pitch installation combining cost, aesthetic, structural and longevity benefits.
Unless noted otherwise, all decks shown are
manufactured in galvanised steel, with a guaranteed
minimum yield stress of 320N/mm2 and a 275g/m2
zinc coating (including both sides).
Pvdf and polyester soffit finishes are available in a
wide range of standard RAL and BS colour
references.
Further gauges, finishes and materials such as
galvalume or aluminium can be made available to
further complement this extensive range and meet
any internal environment application requirements.
All built up roof deck sections achieve a Class 1 fire
rating in accordance with BS 476: Part 7 and meet
Class 0 requirements as laid out within current
building regulations.
Design loadings and profile pitch will dictate
fastener frequency. General installation guides are
available specific to each profile and it is
recommended that reference is made to page 15 of
this brochure for further guidance.
All roof decks can be used within diaphragm design
to provide in-plane shear resistance in accordance
with BS 5950 Part 9, thus omitting the need for
diagonal bracing.
For diaphragm design please consult our Technical
Department.
